It's important to have this discussion and assessment so you can ask questions about suitable treatments and any concerns you may have ​Online skincare consultations available if you cannot attend in person

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment please sign up or login to your membership account which can be found in the drop down menu on the website. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS Your appointments are very important to us here at the H.A Skin Clinic. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary on both sides, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. The clinic will send out a reminder of your appointment. A non refundable deposit on most appointment booking will be requested, this will be redeemable against any treatments & products.
